To calm your nighttime hunger cravings, you should take up three balanced meals every day. This will not only help in calming your cravings, but will even normalize your blood sugar levels, says Barb Klingler, RN, BSN, CDE, diabetes educator at the Washington University Diabetes Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Now, if you are a late-night worker and have to finish your work by staying up late, have healthy foods like carrots and hummus. Also, never ever keep tempting foods like chips, donuts, etc. handy as they would instead increase your weight and will eventually cause more complex health issues.
